Return to SELF Model
The Return to SELF Model is an integrative framework exploring how nervous system function shapes perception, relational patterns, stress response, and resilience.
Grounded in trauma-informed nervous system science and somatic approaches, the model supports biological literacy, regulation capacity, and deeper awareness of how physiology influences lived experience.
This framework informs Marina’s educational programming and future course development.
